Order process and delivery were quick and easy but when I had contact customer service questioning about measurements guide all they told me was that suits run small and I had to size up. I’ve read that on size guide page and have already sized up but still ended up returning and ordering another size up. Measurements were between 26 and 28, ordered 28 that was too small. Had to return it and order size 30 that is now big. Will keep it as big is better than small and it is very annoying to pay postage to buy and to return.
