Worst experience ever…. absolute scam company! Highly advise not to order from them based on my experience.
Customer services would not resolve a clear consumer rights issue. Different cheaper product sent to me, and only solution was to return package to china at my expense. Had to open a case with Luxembourg government on company and with European consumers rights organisation who have links to UK consumer rights organisation thankfully.
Company should have accepted responsibility to begin
