The product itself was fine and arrived in good condition, but the parcel was sent to the EU without the required IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) information, causing customs to hold it and attempt to charge VAT again even though it had already been paid at checkout. I contacted DivotClub several times requesting the IOSS number but never received a reply, so due to the poor customer support and delivery issues, I will not order from them again.
