Shipped and arrived pretty quick, the bottle itself is nice but there are some parts of the outer plastic which seem a bit ruined/damaged. Also the straw arrived with a hole in it.
I tried contacting customer support, but after about 1 month and another email, no one has answered me.
Whatever your product might be, this has to be one of the worst experiences, just getting outright ignored by customer support.

Terrible Quality – I Bought Two and Both Are Bad
I bought two of these water bottles, and both are really disappointing. The quality is extremely poor, and nothing fits together properly. The lids don’t screw on right, and the parts seem misaligned. There are rough plastic edges (grate) all over, which makes them uncomfortable to use.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to show these issues clearly in photos, but in person, the flaws are very obvious.
