Product so hasn't shipped and it's been two weeks and there is no communication when I reach out to learn more about why things haven't been shipped. I would have no problem being patient but without communication then there's nothing for me to do but wait a little while longer and then if I don't get a response or am update I'll have to see about getting my money returned.
