Although I had ordered, sent proof of age/ID, and received the order once before, I was again required to send proof of age, which once again I did, resulting in email acknowledgement from Clean Green that the ID had been received. Unfortunately, for some unknown and frustrating reason, I continued to receive emails stating that my proof of ID was still outstanding; this went on for 3 additional requests. When the order was mailed I was stiil required to sign for it. Frustrating experience.
