Customer service was rude and condescending. I felt like they did not want to help it all and were very robotic/non empathetic to my situation. I have Diagnosed OCD and sometimes my logic to things doesn’t make sense to some people but to me it is vital that I do things a certain way. Customer service made me feel like they didn’t want to help and like I was wrong for returning my items to make my order fit my needs. Overall this company was awful when it comes to customer service. Not worth it.
