I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lux By Elior. Not only did I receive the wrong size and a missing item, but the package included someone elseās order and packing slipāraising serious concerns about their order handling and privacy. When I reached out, customer service was polite but the instructions given did not match how their return portal actually works. I am still waiting on a label. This is unacceptable.
