During the ordering process I changed the billing address and somehow missed the option to change the delivery address. After realizing this, I immediately sent an email asking to change the delivery address, and then another, and a another, and yet another. No reply or response - very poor. Eventually had to reach out to the new tenant in our old house to arrange with them to inform me when it arrived, this is more than an hour and half drive away.
