One suggestion I'd make is to try to clarify shipping times upon checkout. I paid for Express shipping and it still took over a week to arrive, by which point I was out of town (I upgraded the shipping hoping it would arrive before I left, otherwise I would have gone with standard shipping). If I had saw estimated arrival time with each shipping option that would have been really helpful.
