The recurring monthly "membership" charge is not disclosed anywhere on the main page, and you're automatically signed up for it upon purchasing a bed. It says "free" on the maintenance added, then my checkout app luckily warned me of a recurring fee which I had to dig to find. I was able to cancel it after shipment.
