Well I saw the bed online for $12.95 and I was charged $59.95 and a VIP Membership when I never joined a VIP. I asked for a refund and to cancel the VIP and not sure if I was even reimbursed. They cancelled the membership that I didn’t join. So I’m not happy with the service.

I was very excited to buy this bed for my dog on April 19th, for some reason the add a fluffy bean VIP which i didn't ask for, I make sure that at time of my purchase, I refuse the VIP Subscription, but regardless what you do, a week later I saw in my bank statement a charge of $59.95 for the subscription I didn't authorize. there's no number nor customer service dept you can called to dispute the charges.
