The products arrived wrapped in plastic and the conditioner bottle was leaking. May I suggest using carton boxes with some sort of paddings around the bottles to prevent bottles leaking during transit. My order was delivered in NZ.

The device heats up quickly, the cooling function only lasts for 10 flashes, and you have to let it rest for about 30 minutes so it can cool down; otherwise it can burn your skin. Having to repeat the treatment so frequently during the first few weeks feels like an incredible waste of time.
