I gave it two chances and both times my hair was left looking fuzzy, very dry and brittle.
It took me 1 hour to completely wash this grease from my scalp. I had to leave my shower to go to my other bathroom to get the cheap n nasty shampoo so it could really clean this off my scalp. I was in the shower for 45 minutes washing my hair over and over and over again until the thick greasy feeling had left my scalp. I'm absolutely disgusted with the results and would like a refund.
I'll gladly send the container back to you so you can see whether it's a fake product or not.
My question is, how can this product steer so far away from the advertised results?
I followed the directions precisely as well !!!

I would have liked the product to do exactly what it said it would do. Its nothing like the video where the lady ties a knot in her hair and then after dipping it in the Iluumi product the knot undoes itself. Nothing like that in the least.
