Their customer service is horrible, I sent repeated message and they did not reply for over a week with a generic message that did not address my issue and then they just stopped replying. I will never purchase from this company again a total scam. They charged me for the exercise $51 ( which was marked $0 in the cart) in addition to the $27 purchase of the brushes that I purchased and would not refund me, I have to go through a bank dispute.
