My order was not correct and I had to be sent another package with the item that was missing and both packages did not have a cold pack that I paid for. And the Resin I bought leaked out of the container because of it. It isn't 1 leaf because the support was quick to respond to my initial email telling them about the mistake and they sent it out the next day or so.
