I had a terrible experience with Citywide Goods. I ordered 3 t-shirts for Christmas gifts on 12/3. On 12/6 I received a notice that my items had shipped. On 12/16, I received an email stating that my items had arrived. They had not arrived. I tried to contact customer service. There is only an email, no phone number to call. I emailed on 12/17 explaining that my order was not delivered. I received a response the next day (12/18) stating that my items were delivered to the wrong city and were now
