Been a customer for years, each delivery is more impressive than the last - I don't know how, but it is! What can I say? Beaueye cares about customers and it shows in Beaueye contacts!

Experience was great when I ordered these but a little misconception somewhere because I ordered two , only received one pair but I'm sure they're on their way.

all of my contacts hurt in the order except for the swan lake ones the blue ones my eyes shouldn't hurt from your contacts there has to be something wrong with them it's going to end up making me blind I almost wrecked just now putting in a new pair driving down the road cuz they hurt so bad I keep itching them

Love everything except the wait. Shipping takes forever.

I like how they give you a whole kit when you buy two or more and their reasonable

Generally quick service and everything came as hoped for! One thing that is more of a marketing thing than a techical one is the use of AI generated images for the packaging. I personally dont see the reason to do this when your demographic is pointing towards cosplayers who are closely tied with artists and handmade creativity. The solution could have been as easy as in taking the pictures used to show the lenses and using that on the packaging, or even simply a pattern.

Other than not offering exchanges, the service is great!

Order process was easy and contacts arrived relatively fast. No complaints on that. I did find that that darker colored lenses that I ordered are almost unwearable. They tend to block a good deal of my field of vision and never seem to feel like they sit correctly on my eye every single time I try to wear them. I have to remove them within minutes. Zero complaints about the lighter colored lenses.

The shopping experience was OK. The only thing I have a description and see about is those prescription 3.50 they was really really blurry. I could not see the three TONE ones were the only one that I opened the second package. I never did open, so I’m ready to get refund on them. 6-30-2026

Love it all but the cases the cases end up ruining the contacts if you don't pay attention to them, it's almost as if they let air in and ends up evaporating the solution and drys up the contacts completely.
