Exchange several emails with these people and couldn't get anywhere. All they wanted me to do was take pictures of boxes. I didn't keep cuz I didn't expect to have problems so why would I keep the package in that the contact lenses came in. I was putting them in the cases that they came in. I didn't want to keep the stuff. It's just garbage laying around my house. They wouldn't help me unless I had those laying around to give them serial numbers and what not. That was just stupid.
