Terrible customer service. Even when you present them with FACTS to show that they sent mismatched contact lenses, they'll gas light you, and try to say it's user error, contact looks inside out, or that they are matching, when clearly they are two different shades of gray/blue. My contacts can't be used. Horrible, and I will take my business elsewhere.
