I live in a condo and placed my order 5 days ago. When I checked the shop account, it kept saying that shipping was being prepared, so I assumed the item hadnโt been delivered yet. But today, I went down to the lobby and found my package just sitting there. The ice had completely melted and the product was lukewarm โ unbelievable!
