It was the worse customer service. You cannot call anyone and it takes days for anyone to respond. My keurig would not close with any of the rings. I even bought the separate ring for 5 holes. Coffee was not hot and can only make 8oz at a time. I also had grounds in my coffee. This is a new Keurig and there stuff does not close tight to keep water running hot and no grinds.
