Trending Customs sent creative emails updating me regarding my order status and where it was in the shipping process. I am very pleased and recommend Trending Customs.

Not as expected. Contacted company and they suggested I buy a frame at Walmart because frames are hard to ship and often break during the shipment process and that’s why they don’t include them, even though their pictures show the item in every picture with a frame but do t say no frame included. Misleading. No refund was offered just a 25% off next purchase, I will not purchase again.
