It took longer than expected to get here, which was ok since I am not in school yet. And some of the emails about my order were odd. A little over the top friendly. All I needed was updates, not strange stories about elfs in a warehouse working hard.

Customer service team were great and kept me updated on the progress of my order at every stage. Would recommend.
