This company unfortunately has stood me up several times when I order. This was the final straw. I have grace because it’s fairly new but they didn’t seem to have empty for my husband and I driving 1 hour to Dallas to pick up orders that would never be ready. Their doors are locked during business hours and though their website is in English they pretend to not understand English when you show them the order and tell them that the email said “ready for pickup”. The deny receiving an order.
