REALLY poor customer service. Order took about three weeks to arrive and they are such poor quality. The chains looked so tatty and cheap we had to go and replace them as these were gift orders. The rings (on the necklace) were really poorly put together. Overall just extremely rubbish service and products and I would NEVER ever consider ordering from here again.

I tried to return and get a refund for poor quality necklace. Instead of accepting my request I was offered 20% off. When I stated agin I wasn’t happy and was reluctant to pay much for it I was offered 50% off. I’m sure I tried again and was offered about another £5 off. I got fed up and agreed but then discovered faulty clasp. When I said I definitely wanted to return the item, I was told my refund had been sent and the matter was closed. You are selling junk
