Ordered trainers as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the item received did not match the photographs on the website, arrived in a plastic bag, and was missing the laces. I contacted customer service and had to go through multiple rounds of negotiation before a partial refund of 70% was agreed. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the refund to appear in my account. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about ordering from this company.
