The shopping cart advertises free shipping and other perks when you cross a certain purchase threshold, yet it doesn't deliver on that. When I contacted customer service, they didn't fix the issue, they created a new one. So I explained exactly what I needed done and itemized everything so it was clear. They managed to mess it up further. So I had to spend yet more time clearing up the mess. And on top of that, the products kinda suck. My other cleaners work just as well, for less than a tenth.
