The free shipping requirement can only be met by purchasing at least two gowns or pajamas, which is a bit aggravating. I was also disappointed in the lack of communication. My order was confirmed the day after I made the purchase and I heard nothing else until after my package was delivered. The FedEx driver was also very rude. That's not the fault of Lanz but you should know it was part of my experience. These aspects lessen my probability of shopping with Lanz in the future.
