Product not as per description

The website was easy to navigate but I don’t use it for very much more than storing food. There is also no real directions on how to put it together so I had to go by the way it looked on the container I received it in.

I emailed customer support several times for a refund with no response from them. Bottles came without the pacifier attachment which was advertised in their add.

Long delivery

No reply to email nobody to communicate with all emails went unanswered and product is completely different from video description i bought it cause my baby would not accept a bottle but would accept a pacifier. The video showed the bottle pop had a pacifier like teeth but that was not the case.
