Ordering was easy. Allow 3 weeks for delivery

I’m pretty sure you never intended to ship.

Shipping took way too long and effected my ability to give a Christmas gift.

I haven’t received my order yet. My experience has been really bad because nobody will write back to me to let me know where my order is. I’m getting very frustrated

I’ve not received my order yet. They took more than 2 weeks to ship it even though I paid the additional fee.

I messaged about wrong product sent with no reply.

I didn't know it was coming from China but the quality is amazing and it got here in plenty of time for Christmas.

Shipping was hard to track, app was helpful but only get updates every couple days. My fault for ordering so late in the holidays.

It might be higher if you sent this after someone received an order

It's absolutely beautiful. There is simply nothing else to say. What a quality product. My wife was extremely happy to receive it, particularly after she read 25+ books this year. Very well made, produces a very solid watermark/embossment. Very clean edges. Worth the money. Delivery took a bit of time, but was received with great care and tracking ability. Thanks again, will buy again in the future. Thanks for making Christmas extra special for me this year.

From ordering to delivery, it did take some time for it to arrive to my from overseas, but it was here in plenty of time for Christmas.

Came before Christmas so all good, but slightly later than the delivery time stated...perhaps given the time of year.

Everything went the way it should! Everything came as it should, in the time frames given. Also good follow up about satisfaction!

4 Weeks.

Ordered on the 7th December. Said 6-10 days delivery on website. Plenty of time for my daughters birthday on the 23rd December. Arrived on 29th December, taking over 3 weeks. Never replied to my email querying delivery time. Not impressed.

Please provide the transit Tracking Number and the final tracking number and Delivery Courier details and not the untraceable Tracking number from your original supply location. Not knowing the final tracking number raises many questions with the payment service. I can now trust The Whispering Pages product advertising site on Facebook. Thank you.
