As shared with customer representative Christine, for my 9/2 order that arrived 9/25:
- Provide your customers the information that your products are not only made in China (expected), but also take 2+ weeks to even leave China on their way here (unexpected).
- Ask for customer feedback AFTER your items arrive and have been able to be used and tested.
Summary: Please advise of sourcing and lead times with transparent disclaimers.
