In this day&age where you can hardly get customer service to respond never mind help you in your own language, Bosu CS stands out for me. They shipped the wrong BOSU to me. I had pretty much expected a battle to get my order corrected. Esp since I couldn’t find a phone number on their website to call ,color me surprised when I got an immediate email back-they asked a few q’s, I sent the photos they asked for & CS acknowledged they had made a shipping mistake-my correct order arrived lst week!TY!
