Tried to email customer care and received bounce back. 30 day stated warranty may mislead customers about their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. I would expect a much greater longevity and customer support for this item. I applaud your entrepreneurship and product but would like to see much better customer support. Very off putting as I have yet to even use!
