Bought black and dark brown. Tried it and didn’t work. So I went further to read in the website and realize maybe i need a pre-pigmentation. Followed instructions and did everything as described but still the results weren’t the same as described in testimonies read. After a few washed, the black faded. I am using all natural organic shampoo. Quite dissatisfied and disappointed. The smell is good. That’s the only reason for a two stars
