Happy with my purchases from Gini and have ordered several items now. Need to be aware that returns aren’t free of charge but I’ve kept all the items I’ve ordered so far.

Easy to order, returning items via Wallis/Debenhams wasn't easy though as the returns portal didn't recognise any of my order numbers.

Very easy process as far as I remember.

The order arrived in good time and is ready to wear.

Returns process could be much easier, and if multiple items arrive in one package why can't they be returned in one package? Won't use Gini again.

Quick delivery and plenty of updates. Quality skirt would definitely purchase again.
