I done this shopping for the first time. My order arrived so quick.

Ordered via Matalan, paid extra for next day delivery and didn't realise that they outsourced a lot of their stock. Can't return directly to Matalan and no returns label was included, when it should have been.

I would never shop with Gini, cheap nasty material and no customer service for issues!

The item arrived the top was faulty so couldn’t try the Co ord on together I submitted photos to boohoo as that’s the provider I ordered the Items off in which it took over 5 days for them to get back in touch with a return link I booked a collection and the item was collected on 5th of June and have an emailed Royal Mail proof of postage receipt in which they claim they still haven’t received the item and the tracking information states a different drop off location will never order again!
