Ordered via Boohoo. The parcel from Gini London came a day faster than the rest of my order which was sent directly from Boohoo. Very impressed by the delivery time but very unimpressed that return had to be sent back to Gini London rather than the company I purchased it from. Also find it somewhat rude that I was given options regarding my refund rather than just accepting that when a customer returns an item, they simply want their money back and not options. Thanks.
