Have received samples that leaked during packaging, and got 2 different ones that I know 100% FOR SURE were mislabeled (similar names, drastically different notes - the 2 fragrances got mistakenly swapped during labeling/filing). Still great prices and great selection, experience has overall been good aside from these issues

Shipping was quick, but I would really appreciate if you guys filled your bottles to what the advertised volume is. I had a 1ml decant come in from another company on the same day and the bottle was the same exact size, but the actual liquid volume was completely different. Yours had MAYBE 1/2 ml, and that’s being generous. I want to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and say maybe something spilled during shipping, but I didn’t smell anything in the bag.

I think I ordered 16 or 17 fragrances. Only had an issue with one decant opening during shipping. Can't fault DB though. I think it's better to order in quantities of 5 as they are packed in cellaphane sleeves of that amount.
