The only challenge for me was determining which teas were caffeine free - this is an important aspect for me, and it took me a great deal of time to decide if I was going to purchase or not. To be honest, it was actually frustrating. It would have been a better online customer experience to have 1. had a caffeine free category I could select and then clearly and confidently choose from, and 2. for the words “caffeine free” written somewhere easy to find on the box.
