The only thing that was a bit confusing was that the invoice came with a generic picture on the invoice. It did state 'customised' mug in the description but I got worried that I had missed something and the photo didn't upload. The length of time for communication to come through when I questioned it to double check that thy had my photo was a little longer than expected but did come through and then I relaxed.
