I had put it on correctly and on the same day, my cat pulled on it and got it stuck around the neck and mouth. Thankfully I heard him rolling around on the floor, blood on his paw as he was struggling to breathe and was trying to get it off and had his paw in his mouth. I grabbed the scissors and cut it off him. Never again will I use this product. I had ordered 3 collars and now have two sitting in a drawer and customer service is not getting back to me about a possible refund.
