I made this purchase at 1pm on a Sunday before reading the fine print. I emailed them back at 3:30pm that same day asking them to cancel my order (since I thought I got to try it out to make sure I liked it based on there advertisement) because they lied about their refund policy. I didn't receive a message back until the following day letting me know that they had already processed my order and it was too late to refund me, but that I could have it shipped back once I received it for a full refund. NOT THE CASE! THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $30 FOR SHIPPING TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK. The product itself is less than 5lbs. and is complete garbage. I only paid $70 for it and they wanted to keep $30 of it to ship it back?! I told them I would ship it myself since the return address on it said it came from southern California and I live in northern California. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO SHIP IT BACK TO CANADA. This company and product they are scamming people with is a waste of time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. *You have been warned*

i purchased 3 NuStyler 5-in-1's for my 3 daughters as Christmas gifts on November 3, 2024. Wanted to make sure I had them in time for Christmas.
We opened 1 to try it and it was cheap plastic junk that rattled and felt like it was going to fall apart. It smelled while using it and we were afraid it would catch fire. Unplugged it right away and didn't even open the other 2 NuStyler 5-in-1's. Do not purchase this!!
Totally not worth the money!! I did contact Nulifely to return all 3, but I have not heard back from anyone. How can I get ahold of someone to return these and get a refund???
