The taste is so sweet, i am barely able to drink it. I have diluted it down heaps, I made it strong but either way, very unbearable to drink. I ended up with headaches from the "sugar" sweetness and taste. I have a relatively healthy diet and I exercise for 30 minutes everyday, I have had no weight change at all. I feel I may have even gone up a size... again disappointing and so devo that i paid so much. I was really looking forward to getting results, and losing at least a little bit of weight. 😪
