We never received the jersey we ordered, and this is the first correspondence I have received after messaging the company about it over two weeks ago. So, I would say FootballEleven is a pretty shitty company with poor communication and terrible customer service. The shipping information/tracking number shows that it never left New York.
I’ve filed a complaint with my credit card company requesting refund and they are investigating the charge since I never received my purchase.
