My experience is always good, but I do get frustrated that many items are "sold out" when purchasing online. I will receive ads with the latest seasonal designs, but when I get to the website - Sold Out. I own a lot of Hadley because they are my everyday dishes and I have had pieces since I was a little girl. I look forward to adding to my dishware with newer season patterns, and have them still available online.
