am extremely disappointed with this service. I tried several times to discontinue my subscription and received no response. The process to cancel is confusing and feels intentionally difficult. Customer support is unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me feeling ignored.
A company that makes it this hard to cancel is not one I can trust. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them until they fix their customer service and make cancellations straightforward.
