Order arrived 2 weeks late and it was the wrong item. I reached out to support and was told the correct one was on the way. I asked if I could just return it once it arrived, and they initially told me no… so I had to show them their own policy, which clearly states I can request a return or refund.
After I pointed that out, suddenly it was “oh yes, we can do that.”
The product itself isn’t bad, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. Do better
