It’s good I love the half zip sweater

Leggings fabric around the thighs are extremely tight and are not elastic enough during workouts. After a while they are a bit uncomfortable.

It was way too small for me, and I registered the return a month ago—no refund and no response at all. I will never buy from you again! €60 just thrown in the trash. I really wanted to exchange it. It’s not even about the money, it’s about the lack of customer service!! And on top of that, the delivery takes way too long!!!! Never again!!!

They hide returns and make the process difficult if not impossible so they don't have to accept your returns. I bet if I had elected to "replace" my order instead of "refund," Thrivin would have actually contacted me to process the return. Scammy and untrustworthy.

After the first wear, the letter logo on the back fully came off, i´ve sent an email complaining about this issue, but your team did not care about it. Also i would need to pay to return an item that is defected. Make it make sense. Adding an addicional warning. This kind on defected issues are continuously occurring, all the people i know seemed to had an issue. Also, the black leggings that i bought were much smaller than the blue ones that i got (they are the same size), i can´t really wear my black leggings because they don´t fit me. The jackets i would recommend sizing up your normal size. Bought a M but i can´t wear it for longer than 2 hours, its really tight, also the thumb oppening is so small that if i wear it for more that 20 minutes i get cuts on my skin. Really disappointing spending this much money on this brand. Wish i could go back in time and stop me from purchased this.

Overall it was a good experience! They help you step by step and keep you posted on the shipment. Only thing, since I had to exchange the item for a bigger size it took a while to receive it back . Also, I had to pay to ship the smaller one back to the warehouse.

Returning process is awful. Sizes are way smaller than any other gym wear brand.

Love the fleece jacket, but I thought the fabric was gonna be softer. And the pockets were quite small. I’m constantly worried about about things falling out, my phone doesn’t fit all the way and is half way sticking out so I have to hold it in place. The compress t-shirt has a really nice color, I ordered it in L, even when my regular size is M, and still it rolles up. So I have to constantly pull it down which is very annoying when I’m at the gym. I hate having to adjust my outfit all the tim
