I made a return and the package was delivered more than a week ago to the thrivin team but I still haven't received any response for the refund

Disappointed with customer service returns system

Waiting on a refund that has not come through after leggings didn’t fot due to inconsistent sizing

I requested an exchange or a refund quite some time ago, and no one has ever responded to me. The clothing does not fit at all, and the leggings are much too tight. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service, especially since I have never received any reply from your team. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding my exchange or refund request

I order it and not even 30 minutes later I requested a size up and they said due to it being processed they can’t. Please get a size up these are extremely tight.

It’s so complicated to return items and the estimated refund isn’t nowhere near how much I paid even with shipping subtracted. The price listed isn’t how much is charged on your credit card and customer service is very unhelpful and not responsive.

Shipping took over a week. Then if it doesn’t fit right, I have to pay to ship back for exchange or return. There are numerous other brands out there where return shipping is free.

Tracking was delayed

They had high marketing to change how your glutes look. In reality it looks like you're working way to hard. I can return thank goodness. Nothing special here people 90$ to 100$ CAD per legging is insane... thats as much to fill my gas tank.

You made it impossible to process my return. I couldn’t even arrange an exchange because your customer service doesn’t reply even after several attempts and my status online still says “0n it’s way”. The sizes and material are different than described. Material feels like it’s cheap. Doesn’t add the lift it says it will either. If anything it flattened everything due to the compression
